The **Villa** is situated 3.5 km from the village, along the bay of Saint-Florent, on a five-hectare plot with direct access to the sea. It is reached via an unpaved road (2.2 km). It is a 15-minute drive from Saint-Florent (or 5 minutes by boat from the house).
Facing northeast, it offers a view of the Mediterranean from a height of 50 meters. The garden slopes down to the coast, 150 meters below, with small beaches and clear water for swimming from April to November. From the bedrooms and terraces, you can see the bay, boats heading to the port (about 1.5 km away), and the Cap Corse with its mountains rising to 1,500 meters.
West of Saint-Florent, the **Villa** is part of a 40-hectare estate with six other houses. The nearest one is 200 meters away, without disturbing the tranquility of the place, even early in the morning. A security guard is shared among all the villas.
A few hundred meters away begins the Désert des Agriattes, a protected area of Corsica with no villages or tourism for over 50 km. Its coastline features beaches accessible on foot or by boat.

Primarily built of stone, it is divided into two sections connected by a 30-meter roof. Between them, a large covered terrace serves as an outdoor living room. Sheltered from the sun and ventilated, it stays cool.
Interior
- **1st floor** (approx. 100 m²): kitchen and living room. On the sea side, the living room has two sofas facing the fireplace and a central coffee table. The sea view is visible from three sides. Between the kitchen and the living room, a wall features books, paintings, a television, and an audio system. The floor is made of old oak. The kitchen, on the hillside, is equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, an induction cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator, and an ice machine. The floor is natural stone.
- **2nd floor**: two large bedrooms with bathrooms and a small child's bedroom. Pine flooring. **Bedroom 1**: high ceiling, large bed (convertible to twin beds), desk, bookshelf, 12-drawer dresser, and large wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, two sinks, and separate toilet.
**Bedroom 2**: one window facing the sea, another overlooking Saint-Florent. King-size bed, two nightstands, and a large wardrobe. Bathroom downstairs, accessible via a hallway, with sink, bathtub, and toilet.
**Basement**: storage for garden equipment, nautical gear, and a laundry room (2 washing machines, dryer, sink). There is also a wine cellar, a pantry, and a freezer.
**Second House**
- **Ground floor**: **Bedroom 4**: floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the sea, 160 cm bed (separable), two nightstands, wardrobe, small table, and chair.
