Villa du Cap

Summary

Villa du Cap is a serviced residence located just a few meters from the sea, facing the bay of Saint-Florent in northern Corsica. A drivable path leads directly to the water’s edge. The estate is surrounded by cypresses, eucalyptus, pines, maquis, and around a hundred olive trees. Terraces with lemon, orange, and grapefruit trees complete the setting. The property also includes a tennis court (quick surface) surrounded by olive trees and a large swimming pool (235 m²) with a planted island equipped with sun loungers and parasols.


The Bedrooms

8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in total

In the main house:
1 suite with a double bed (en-suite bathroom, close access to the pool): 160 cm bed.
1 suite (Green Room) with a double bed: 160 cm.
1 suite (Yellow Room) with 2 single beds of 90 cm, convertible into a double bed.
1 suite (Blue Room) with 2 single beds of 90 cm, convertible into a double bed.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi in all bedrooms of the main house.

In the guest pavilion:
1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.
2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds of 90 cm, convertible into double beds.
1 smaller bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 cm, non-convertible.


The Interiors

Main house of 500 m² including:
Entrance hall, guest toilet, large kitchen, secondary kitchen, laundry room, service bedroom with shower, main living room, small living room with fireplace, television, Wi-Fi, four suites with bathroom, toilet, dressing room, patio, and terrace.

Guest pavilion of 140 m²:
Living room (with television) and kitchen opening onto a terrace, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry room. A large roof terrace is also available.
This pavilion is located about 70 meters from the main house and offers a view of the sea and Cap Corse.

Accommodation for the caretaker at the entrance of the estate.


The Exteriors

Direct access to the pool from the house (via an airlock), large exotic wood terrace in front of the house overlooking the pool and the sea, exotic wood pergola for meals, barbecue, furnished and lit roof terraces.


Staff and Services

In August, the rate includes an experienced cook who also handles shopping, two employees (for cleaning and service), and a gardener (for maintaining the green spaces and the pool).

For other periods (April, May, June, September, October, November), the rate covers a cook and one employee.
If the group exceeds 10 people, an additional housekeeping assistant for 4 hours per day will be required (not included in the price).


Location

Villa du Cap is located in the northwest of Corsica, in the Gulf of Saint-Florent, 2 km from the village (30 minutes from Bastia Poretta Airport and 35 minutes from the port of Bastia).
It covers 15.5 hectares and offers a view of the sea, the gulf, the village with its port and citadel, Cap Corse, and the Agriates Desert.
Isolated, with no overlooking or visible constructions, it is situated at a height, a few hundred meters from the coast. A small road allows quick access to the seaside.
