Interior
The **Villa** consists of two parts connected by a concrete canopy.
The main bedroom (70 m²) offers a view of the mountain and the sea. It has a private bathroom and a patio furnished as an outdoor lounge. A path from this patio leads to the sea through an orchard. A large staircase connects this patio to the pool, the **Villa** entrance, and the caretaker's house.
The other building houses a large living room with a dining area. This space opens onto an outdoor terrace with a view of the garden and the sea. A staircase leads down to the 3 guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a sea view. They open onto a patio equipped with armchairs and benches. Two small paths start from this side: one goes up to the pool, the other goes down to the sea.
The kitchen is located at the end of the living room, separated by two doors. Guest toilets are available in a small room next to it.
Central heating is installed for winter stays.

Three terraces are arranged as relaxation areas: one under the pine trees near the guest house, another on the terrace facing the central patio, and the last one in the patio of the main bedroom.
The sea is 100 meters from the **Villa**, with a small sandy beach. On the guest house side, a cove is equipped with two large stone benches. Access to the sea is on foot in less than 5 minutes from both sides.

Daily housekeeping (except Sundays and public holidays) by a housekeeper, 3 hours per morning, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
