It also features a ground-floor lounge (with a television, board games, and comics) and a separate guest toilet. The guest house includes three bedrooms and a living area (with a lounge, dining table, and small kitchen). All bedrooms and common areas are air-conditioned.
Outdoor Spaces
The Villa is accessible via a drivable road and is located in a quiet, secluded environment. The 2-hectare garden allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors. Each house has its own heated swimming pool (main house: 5 x 12 m; guest house: approx. 3 x 10 m), surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The pools have safety alarms (but are not fenced). You will also find a table for dining under the olive trees, several shaded areas, a hammock, and various terraces (with dining and relaxation spaces).
