Summary
This contemporary villa, built in 2014 by architect Michel Puccini, is located by the sea and shielded from the road by a large white wall. The only sound is the sea. The garden, pool, and all living areas face the sea with large east-facing windows, offering views of the open sea, Elba and Capraia islands, and southward to Bastia’s port. The 500 m² garden includes lawn, gravel, and a pool deck. The villa spans 2 levels (around 200 m²) with two 20 m² terraces and 500 m² of rocks along the water. The heated pool (9 x 4 m), 6 m above the sea, sits above the old technical room and offers direct access to the rocks and sea via a gate and stairs. Light, sea, and spray create a calm atmosphere. The villa has sun and shaded areas, with spectacular sunrises.
