Interior
This Villa was renovated in 2008 with high-quality materials. The floors of the common areas on the ground floor are made of polished concrete.
With an area of approximately 350 m² (excluding the 100 m² of converted basements and cellars), it offers well-organized and carefully decorated interior spaces.
On the ground floor, you will find: an entrance (with stairs to the upper floor, access to the dining room and living room), a 40 m² living room with a fireplace, an office (with low-speed ADSL internet connection and Wi-Fi accessible in nearby rooms), a television/reading room, a large 60 m² kitchen/dining room (with stone vault and fireplace), as well as 3 bedrooms.
On the upper floor, there is: a 35 m² master bedroom (with fireplace, balcony, sea and garden views, king-size bed, bathtub, and black tadelakt sinks embedded in a stone wall), a spacious gray tadelakt shower room, 2 other bedrooms, and a secure terrace offering views of the mountains, the hamlet, and the sea.
The basements house a gym and a laundry room equipped with a freezer, washing machine, and dryer.
Exterior
The property includes a 6,000 m² terraced garden with sea views. It consists of several green and shaded areas, one of which features a swimming pool (20 x 4 m, depth 1.7 m). The pool is protected by an automatic rolling shutter and uses a water treatment system by hydrolysis. It offers a clear view of the sea.
A furnished Pool House is also available, with a kitchen area and a plancha grill.
The garden near the house, shaded and equipped with a table for 16 people, is ideal for outdoor meals. It provides direct access to the kitchen/dining room.
