Villa Santu is located on a hillside above Calvi. The property overlooks the Citadel and offers views of Calvi Bay, the Mediterranean, Cap Corse, and the island’s highest peaks. Surrounded by maquis and green oaks, this villa with a heated pool accommodates up to 10 people. It can be combined with the nearby Villa Ariella to host up to 20 guests.

Interior

The villa has a bright living area with large windows opening onto the terrace and pool. The open kitchen features Swiss appliances and the dining area includes contemporary artwork. The living room has a fireplace and French designer furniture. The five bedrooms access the main terrace, most with views of the bay and Citadel. There are four bathrooms with Italian showers and toilets. A videoconference room for 8 people is available with high-speed internet.

Exterior

The garden and terraces offer views of the bay and Citadel. Outdoor features include a swing, darts, and a pool (9 x 4 x 1.5 m) with roller shutter and optional heating. The two villas share a pétanque court with a bar in the maquis.
