Villa Ariella

Summary

Villa Ariella is located on a hill above Calvi, in Upper Corsica, on the west side. Situated on elevated land relative to the Citadel, it overlooks one of the most beautiful bays on the island and offers views of the Mediterranean, Cap Corse, and the Corsican mountains. Surrounded by maquis and green oaks, this Villa guarantees peaceful holidays for families or groups of friends. It features a heated pool and can accommodate up to 10 people.
The same estate also houses Villa Santu, with similar features and located right next door. Both villas can be rented together to accommodate up to 20 people.

Ground-floor bedroom with independent entrance. It contains 2 beds: 1 single bed (120 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm). Shared bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower. Air conditioning included.

Bedroom 3
Ground-floor bedroom with independent entrance. It contains 1 double bed (160 cm). Private bathroom with 2 sinks, walk-in shower, and integrated toilet. Air conditioning included.

Bedroom 4
First-floor bedroom with independent entrance. It contains 1 double bed (160 cm). Private bathroom with 2 sinks, walk-in shower, and integrated toilet. Air conditioning included.

Bedroom 5
Second-floor bedroom with independent entrance. It contains 1 double bed (160 cm). Private bathroom with 2 sinks, walk-in shower, and integrated toilet. Air conditioning and private terrace included.

A baby cot is available in the Villa.

Interiors

Villa Ariella offers well-designed and functional interior spaces. The main living room, surrounded by large windows on three sides, provides direct access to the terrace and pool. The modern kitchen, open and equipped with high-end Swiss appliances, is connected to a dining room decorated with a work by a contemporary artist. The lounge area, with a fireplace and French designer furniture, is designed for relaxation and reading. The five bedrooms offer views of the bay and the Citadel of Calvi. They provide access to the main terrace, where guests can rest in the sun or shade. Four bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets (integrated or separate) are available.Villa Ariella and Villa Santu share a pétanque court with a small bar, located in the maquis and offering an unobstructed view. They also have a videoconferencing room for 8 people, suitable for remote work (bar, air conditioning). Note: A very high-speed internet connection (FTTH fiber) is available throughout (indoors, outdoors, and meeting room), allowing 4K streaming and video calls.


Exteriors

The Villa’s garden and terraces overlook the bay and the Citadel of Calvi. A swing (for adults and children) and dart games are installed. Guests enjoy a private setting, in the sun or shade according to their preferences. The pool (9 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep) can be heated and is secured with a rolling shutter for young children.
