The Bedrooms
Villa has five well-appointed bedrooms. The four ground-floor bedrooms overlook the garden or terrace. On the first floor, the master suite offers privacy with its bathroom, dressing room, and private terrace.

Ground floor. This bedroom has 2 single beds (80 cm each, convertible into a double bed). It has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Amenities: air conditioning, dressing room.
Bedroom 2
Ground floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed (160 cm). It has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Amenities: air conditioning, TV, dressing room.
Bedroom 3
Ground floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed (160 cm). It has a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Amenities: air conditioning, TV, dressing room, outdoor shower.
Bedroom 4

The Villa is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with lawns, olive trees, and local plants. Its pool (11 x 4.5 m, depth from 0.4 to 1.5 m), heated in spring* and temperature-regulated in summer**, is the center of outdoor activities. It is surrounded by terraces, sun loungers, and a lounge area under a pergola. A pool house and an outdoor kitchen allow for al fresco dining, while a pétanque court is available for leisure time.
A private path leads to the sea, crossing the protected ponds, offering a walk through preserved nature before reaching Cabanon Bleu beach, accessible in just a few minutes.
The parking area can accommodate 3 cars.

Housekeeping is provided three times a week, with the option for additional visits (upon request and for an extra fee).
