This Villa with a pool overlooks the Gulf of Valinco and offers a panoramic view of the sea, mountains, Mediterranean vegetation, and vineyards. Villa Interior
The Villa spans three levels, served by an internal elevator. An external staircase is also available. The ground floor features a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a toilet. The 1st floor has two bedrooms and two shower rooms. The 2nd floor contains the last bedroom, with its bathroom.
Exteriors
The outdoor spaces include a furnished and shaded terrace, a swimming pool (5.5 x 2 m – depth from 0.4 to 1.4 m), a pétanque court, and a vegetable garden. A jacuzzi and a fully equipped gym (Nohrd equipment) are also available.
