Villa Silou is located 8 km from Porto Vecchio and 6 km from St Cyprien beach, north of the city.
It is set in a peaceful environment, even in high season, at the foot of the Alta Roca massif.

It sits on a one-hectare plot, enclosed and wooded, featuring a 370 m² house, a dedicated independent studio, a covered terrace equipped with a barbecue and a sink for outdoor meals, a 150 m² outdoor kitchen, a 16 x 6 m swimming pool, an artificial grass tennis court, and parking for four vehicles.

Villa Silou offers a 360° panoramic view of the hills and mountains, with no overlooking from other homes.


Interiors and exteriors

Villa Silou was built in 2002 in the traditional style of Corsican sheepfolds, with visible stone and antique materials.
It thus combines modern comfort (air conditioning, electricity, large windows, insulation) with the authenticity of yesteryear (tiles and beams salvaged from an old Provence farmhouse).

Maximum capacity: 18 people.
Single beds can be converted into double beds.

- 1 large basement room converted into a play area / TV room / dormitory with 8 90 cm beds and bathroom (8 people)
- 1 independent 28 m² studio with bathroom and a 160x200 cm double bed (2 people)

The 10,000 m² garden, swimming pool, and tennis court are maintained year-round by a gardener and a technician.

An additional charge will apply for household linens if the group exceeds 12 people.
