Villa Loumen

Summary

Villa Loumen is a recently built house located in a hamlet, about 10 minutes north of Porto-Vecchio. You will be 5 km from St Cyprien beach and the port's activities. This Villa, available for rent with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms depending on the season, is ideal for a holiday in Corsica.


The Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - 13m²: Master bedroom. It includes 1 double bed (160 cm). Private bathroom with shower. En-suite toilet.

Bedroom 2 - 13m²: Bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm). Shared bathroom with shower. En-suite toilet.

Bedroom 3 - 13m²: Bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm). Shared bathroom with shower. En-suite toilet.

Bedroom 4 - 13m²: Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm each). Shared bathroom with shower. En-suite toilet.
Note: Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 share the same bathroom.


Interiors

This Villa, built in 2022, was designed for comfort. It is well laid out and equipped for a pleasant stay. The four 13 m² bedrooms each feature quality bedding for a good night's rest. The second shared shower room includes a washing machine.


Exteriors

The outdoor spaces of the Villa are well designed and practical. You can enjoy the large terrace and the swimming pool (8.5 x 4 m, depth 1.50 m, secured with a cover). A pétanque court and a ping-pong table are also available.
Note: The pool will be heated from April 20 to the end of June 2024, and then from September to the end of October 2024.


Staff and Services

The rate includes complete cleaning at the end of the stay and a concierge service.

The Villa is located about 10 minutes north of Porto-Vecchio and 5 km from St Cyprien Bay.
Note: The Villa is equipped with cameras (one at the entrance, one near the outdoor kitchen, and one at the rear).
