Summary

Villa Doro 2 is located in southern Corsica, near Porto-Vecchio. It features a heated pool and is close to the beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia. This is a detached villa with a garden and a fully equipped summer terrace. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Formerly a shepherd's hut transformed into a modern home, it combines a traditional stone exterior with a contemporary interior. Completely isolated on a fenced plot, it offers comfort and well-maintained outdoor amenities. Its garden is composed of typical maquis plants (olive trees, myrtles, strawberry trees, immortelles, wild rosemary, mastic trees, etc.).


The Bedrooms

- Bedroom 2: 2 beds (90 cm each) (or 1 bed 180 cm), bathroom with whirlpool bath and chromotherapy, Italian-style shower and toilet, SMART LED TV with internet, air conditioning.
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed (180 cm), shower room with large Italian-style shower and double sink, toilet, SMART LED TV with internet, air conditioning.

- Separate kitchen: fully equipped, granite worktop, modern furniture, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice dispenser, oven, microwave, cooktop, hood, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle.
- Additional bathroom: toilet for Bedroom 3 and the office.
- Living room: two 3-seater sofas (one convertible), LED TV, 18 DTT channels, over 300 satellite channels, DVD player, and Wi-Fi.

Exterior

- The garden is planted with Mediterranean vegetation. Olive trees, rosemary, lavender, and immortelles blend with slate stones and wooden terraces. Lights illuminate the entire property.

- South-facing, heated, saltwater pool with a waterfall. Secured by a rolling shutter (NFP 90-308 standard), it features wooden and stone decks, sun loungers, and is set in a landscape of rocks and stone walls.


Location

The Villa is close to the beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia, as well as Porto-Vecchio. From Porto-Vecchio, you can quickly reach white-sand beaches with clear waters, as well as the Alta Rocca mountains and sites such as Bonifacio.
