Villa Tina, located in a natural setting, provides direct access to a private cove and offers a view of the Gulf of Ajaccio. It can accommodate up to 16 people, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking a stay by the water. The villa features bright living spaces and leisure amenities, such as a swimming pool and a pitch and putt course, for relaxation or fun. Four parking spaces are available.

The Interiors

The interior of Villa combines modern comfort with refined style. The living room, with its open and well-equipped kitchen, forms the heart of the home. It opens onto a large covered terrace, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors with an unobstructed view. The chosen furniture and lighting enhance a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.


The Exteriors

Villa extends over a seaside property of more than 4 hectares, offering various activities and relaxation spaces. The swimming pool (15 m x 5 m) allows for refreshing swims, surrounded by an area with sun loungers and umbrellas. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the pétanque court and the 500 m² pitch and putt course. A private access leads to a sandy and rocky cove, ideal for swimming or resting in peace.


Staff and Services

The villa includes daily housekeeping (Monday to Saturday, 4 hours per day). The final cleaning is an additional mandatory fee of €1,800.


Location

Situated on the coast of the Gulf of Ajaccio, Villa provides access to secluded coves and beaches. Though isolated to ensure tranquility, it is a thirty-minute drive from Ajaccio, where you can visit restaurants, shops, and historical sites. This location makes it easy to explore Corsica and its unique features.
