The Interiors

The Villa features a large, bright, and spacious living room designed for comfort. The living room benefits from natural light. The open kitchen is equipped with VZUG appliances (standard kitchen, not professional). The four suites, simply furnished, ensure restful nights. An elevator serves all floors.


The Exteriors

The Villa’s exteriors include five terraces (280 m² in total), offering unobstructed views of the Bay of Ajaccio and the mountains. The heated infinity pool (16 x 4 m, depth from 0.15 to 1.9 m) is ideal for relaxation. A Kamado Weber barbecue allows for outdoor dining. Sun loungers and private parking for four cars are also available.


Staff and Services

The concierge, reachable 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, caters to your requests: private chef, tailored transportation, sea excursions, wellness treatments, etc. Housekeeping (mandatory and to be paid on-site) includes mid-week cleaning and a thorough clean at the end of the stay.


Location

The Villa is located 500 m from a sandy beach and near shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy). The area, known for its natural setting and beaches, provides easy access to Ajaccio and coastal sites while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
