Terraza is a contemporary villa that blends perfectly into the natural landscape of Pinarellu. With its modernist architecture and refined design, it offers spacious air-conditioned living areas and six beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with its own private terrace overlooking the sea.
The fully equipped outdoor kitchen is a convivial gathering space, while the terrace features a spa. The heated pool and pool house complete this exceptional property set between sea and mountains, near Porto-Vecchio.

A covered spa for 5–6 people offers panoramic views over the pool and the Pinarellu bay.
The villa also includes a putting green and pitching green for golf enthusiasts.

Location

Pinarellu is a stunning Mediterranean bay located 15 km north of Porto-Vecchio.
Surrounded by pine trees and fine sand, its shallow waters make it perfect for young children.
Porto-Vecchio is about 15 kilometres away.
