Villa Sarosa

Overview

Villa Sarosa is a modern 300 m² air-conditioned house, located on a large wooded plot at an elevated position near Balagne, close to L'Île Rousse.
Between Calvi and L’Ile Rousse, in a natural setting, this villa offers a direct view of the Mediterranean Sea. Accessible via a private road, it is designed in terraces so that every room faces the sea, with views of the sunsets.


The Bedrooms

Bedroom 1
Located on the 1st floor, with a sea view. It features a King-size double bed. An en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower is attached. The toilet is separate. Air conditioning included.

Bedroom 2
Located on the 1st floor, with a sea view. It has two single beds (80 cm each), convertible into a double bed. An en-suite bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower is attached. Air conditioning available.

Bedroom 3
Located on the 1st floor, with a sea view. It offers a King-size double bed. The dedicated bathroom includes two sinks, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. Air conditioning provided.

Bedroom 4
Located on the 1st floor, with a sea view. It has two single beds (80 cm each), convertible into a double bed. An en-suite bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower is attached. Air conditioning included.

Bedroom 5
Located on the 1st floor, with a sea view. It contains a King-size double bed. The private bathroom has two sinks, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. Air conditioning included.


Villa Interior

The spacious living room and dining area, furnished with exotic wood, overlook the sea through large windows. A fireplace provides warmth on cooler days. The kitchen, open to the living room, dining area, and covered terrace, is fully equipped. The five bedrooms, designed for comfort and privacy, are large and quiet, with beds oriented toward the sea. Each has its own bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and direct access to the outside.

Villa Exterior

The wooden terraces surrounding the house lead to an infinity pool facing the sea, ideal for relaxation. A pool house with a kitchen, plancha, and barbecue is available for outdoor dining.

Equipped pool house: large table for 16 people, barbecue, plancha, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave.

The rate covers end-of-stay cleaning and regular maintenance service*:
