The 7 bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with direct access to the outside, ensure a peaceful sleep. Two of them share a bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. A laundry room with two washing machines is also present.

The Villa is surrounded by a 1.3-hectare enclosed plot with approximately 800 trees: holm oaks, strawberry trees, eucalyptus, pines, and olive trees. Several spaces (garden, terraces, awning, patio) allow you to enjoy the outdoors in all seasons. The large terraces around the Villa make outdoor living easy. The heated and secured pool (14 x 7 meters, depth from 0.2 to 2 meters, with a cover) is suitable for everyone. It has areas of different depths: - 20 cm for reading or paddling, - 40 cm with benches for playing or enjoying an aperitif, - 1.2 m for swimming. A counter-current swimming jet is also available.
